| 75-hour Salesperson Pre-License Course Satisfies the Georgia Real Estate Commission's requirement for 75-hours of classroom instruction in order to qualify to take the State Real Estate Salesperson Examination. Course runs 3 nights a week at the Brunswick YWCA. Monday, Tuesday & Thursday nights and runs through March 31st. Tuition is $475 which includes text book and weekend cram course review prior to final exam. Currently in Session through 3/31/08 | | January 24, 2008 | 2008 GAR Contract Changes Covers the major changes of the newest 2008 version of the Georgia Association of REALTORS® contracts, mainly F20, Purchase & Sale Agreement (3 Credit Hours) | | TBD | Code of Ethics Satisfies the National Association of REALTORS® 2nd Quaddrennial Cycle requirement for all it's members (3 Credit Hours) | | TBD | Contracts: Beyond F20 A look at peripheral elements to our main brokerage and sales contracts such as Exhibits, Amendments, Counter-Offers, Special Stips, Contingencies, Notices etc. All the other elements that help tie up all the loose ends in our contracts! Gain a basic working knowledge of domain names, hosting plan, SEOs. Also get some helpful tips on website options, what to look for, what questions to ask.
