As a member of our local Board, I have access to all the properties listed for sale in our local market. This means that if you find ten properties of interest listed with ten different agents, you can make one phone call or send one e-mail to me and I can provide you more information on all of these. If you're out of town, I can even preview these properties for you, take digital pictures and send them to you via e-mail, burn them onto a CD, or (if you're low-tech) I can print them out and send them through regular mail. I can also arrange a personal viewing when you're ready. If you let me know your property criteria, I can set you up on our system so that any time a property meeting your specifications comes on the market, an e-mail will be sent to notify you of the new listing!
