Needless to say, a lot of people dread this process and often put it off far longer than necessary, continuing to throw money away on rent or remaining in a home that they have outgrown or no longer need. The best way to conquer the fear and dread is through knowledge. Understanding the process helps bring things into perspective, breaks things down into manageable components and turns that mountain in a mole hill.
